Shipping Policy

Shipping Information:

  • We offer fast, world-wide shipping.
  • All orders are processed the same business day if received before 12pm EST (M-F). All orders placed over the weekend (after 12pm EST on Friday), will be processed the following business day.
  • We offer FREE standard shipping on all US orders over $30.
  • Domestic packages that qualify for free shipping will be sent via UPS or USPS and typically arrive within 2-7 business days. If looking to receive your package sooner, we provide the option of upgrading to a paid Priority shipping method with transit times between 1-3 business days.
  • We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail for all domestic packages that do not qualify for free standard shipping. Domestic packages sent via USPS typically arrive within 1-3 business days. 
  • We ship international packages up to 4 lbs via USPS First Class Package International. Packages over 4lbs are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. 
  • International deliveries generally take between 7-21 days to arrive, however, this may be affected by customs or transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country. We are not responsible for any customs, back end charges, or extra fees once the package has exited the United States. 

Holiday Closures: 

Our fulfillment center will be closed on 11/29/18. Orders placed after 12pm EST on Wednesday, 11/28/18 will not be shipped out until 11/30/18. Packages will be sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail on that day. 

    Returns Information:

    • We offer an easy, hassle-free return policy. 
    • Returns are allowed on all products for any reason within 30 days of purchase.
    • Contact us at support@superdoodle.com for a return request.
    • Repackage your return with the original receipt and ship back to:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges only.  Super Doodle will refund 100% of the product payment and original shipping charges. 
    • Please contact us within 7 days if you receive a damaged or defective item.
